Description
This serving/charcuterie board is handcrafted from beautiful American Black Walnut. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, inspired by different wood grain and unique color patterns. The board’s handles are hand-forged iron made by a genuine blacksmith.
Approximate dimensions Walnut Boards are 21-24″ long, 9-9.5″ wide, and about 1″ thick. Each board’s dimensions may be a little different. If you want a different size please contact us.
Hand-Forged Handles
The process starts with a piece of square iron and flat stock iron, they are then forged by hand using traditional blacksmithing techniques to forge into shape. They are then quenched and taken to a wire brush to remove surface impurities on the metal and give it a slightly shiny appearance. The two pieces are then welded together. The handle is then finished by applying a thin layer of Linseed oil which is used to protect the metal as well as increase the metallic texture.

- Do not soak or wash your board in a dishwasher.
- Hand wash with natural cleaner or warm soapy water.
- If the board is looking dry, add a fresh coat of Rubio Monocoat 2c Oil.
Because each piece of wood has its own unique character, grain and color will vary from the sample images shown.
